Punching Requirements The line must include a punching system for ARMCO bolt hole patterns: Front & rear holes per attached drawings Side holes per attached drawings Hole sizes: Ø5/8" round and Ø5/8" × 7/8" slotted Punching must be automatic, PLC-controlled Positioning system required for accurate hole placement across all plate sizes (20"–72" diameter culverts) 4. Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) — Mandatory Before final payment, the machine must pass a FAT with: 3.5 mm thick steel material Continuous operation for minimum 20–30 minutes Measured speed ≥2 m/min Dimensional verification of corrugation (pitch, depth, tolerances) Verification of hole pattern accuracy Please confirm: FAT is included in your quotation FAT will be recorded on continuous video FAT report will be signed by both parties 5. Commercial Terms Preferred payment structure: — 30% down payment — 40% after FAT approval — 30% against copy of Bill of Lading Independent inspection (SGS / BV / TUV) must be accepted 6.
