hendiduras<\/a> Es un proceso de corte longitudinal de chapa met\u00e1lica con cuchillas circulares, utilizado para cortar bobinas o rollos anchos en anchos estrechos o para recortar los bordes de las bobinas o rollos. Corte en modo recto<\/h6>\n

En este modo, el rebobinador motorizado arrastra el material desde el desenrollador a trav\u00e9s de las cuchillas de corte. Lo denominamos "corte longitudinal por arrastre". Mientras que en el modo convencional el desenrollador y la cuchilla de corte solo se accionan para alimentar el material al rebobinador, en el corte longitudinal motorizado la cuchilla de corte tambi\u00e9n se acciona durante el proceso. Los motores deben sincronizarse para mantener una velocidad constante del material a medida que avanza por la l\u00ednea. Las ventajas del corte longitudinal motorizado son la capacidad de cortar l\u00e1minas delgadas y una mejor calidad de los bordes para todos los espesores.<\/p>\n

Corte en modo de bucle libre<\/h6>\n

En el corte de bucle libre, el material forma un bucle libre entre la cortadora y la rebobinadora. Se requiere un dispositivo de tensado delante de la rebobinadora para obtener bobinas bien cortadas. Este m\u00e9todo permite procesar bobinas con formas irregulares. Los defectos de forma (variaciones de longitud como pandeos, torsiones y variaciones de espesor a lo ancho) y las tensiones internas en la bobina de entrada influyen en el resultado del proceso de corte.
