Komponen Penumpuk Otomatis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Believe Industry Company telah mengembangkan desain baru mesin penumpuk otomatis untuk industri profil hasil pembentukan gulungan, yang terdiri dari konveyor, rak pembalik, penumpuk, kereta pengangkut, dan pengontrol HMI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Konveyor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Konveyor ini berfungsi untuk memindahkan profil hasil pembentukan rol dari mesin pembentuk rol setelah pemotongan, dan digerakkan oleh motor. Panjang dan lebar total dapat disesuaikan. Ujung konveyor dilengkapi dengan blok posisi dan sensor untuk memastikan penumpukan sejajar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rak Terbalik<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Dikendalikan oleh PLC untuk membalikkan saluran penyangga secara berurutan atau tidak, dipasang dengan blok yang mengacu pada profil untuk memastikan proses pembalikan stabil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Penumpuk<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Perangkat penumpuk berfungsi untuk menumpuk profil pembentuk gulungan sesuai program, yang merupakan bagian utama dari keseluruhan mesin penumpuk. Digerakkan oleh motor servo, posisi dan kecepatannya lebih presisi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mobil Pindahan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Pindahkan saluran penyangga yang telah ditumpuk ke area pengemasan. Area ini dilengkapi dengan 2 mobil untuk produksi cepat, misalnya, pindahkan mobil pertama ke area pengemasan, penumpuk akan menumpuk saluran penyangga ke mobil kedua, setelah penumpukan mobil kedua selesai, mobil pertama akan kembali ke area penumpukan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pengontrol HIM<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Mengadopsi sistem PLC, pengoperasian layar sentuh, pilih pada layar sentuh saat mengubah spesifikasi produksi. Sesuaikan bentuk tumpukan sesuka hati pada evaluasi sentuh, pengaturan kecepatan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
