Komponen Mesin Pembentuk Gulungan<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Roller merupakan salah satu komponen inti utama dari mesin pembentuk rol. Secara praktis, pembuatan roller harus sangat presisi. Penyimpangan kebulatan atau eksentrisitas dalam orde yang sangat rendah akan berdampak besar pada kualitas komponen. Dan kualitas permukaan harus sangat tinggi karena masalah kontak dan pelumasan. Poros\/Sumbu<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Poros ini berfungsi untuk menopang rol dan menghubungkannya ke dudukan pembentuk rol, harus sangat kaku untuk memastikan stabilitas dimensi celah rol yang baik. Diameter luar poros berkisar dari 40 mm hingga 120 mm untuk berbagai profil. Poros akan memiliki alur pasak di sepanjang keseluruhannya yang akan sesuai dengan rol. Poros dihubungkan pada bantalan di kedua sisi dudukan.<\/p>\n

Di sisi penggerak, terdapat bagian dengan diameter lebih besar yang bertumpu pada bantalan. Di sisi operator, terdapat ulir dan spacer yang pas masuk ke dalam bantalan dan memungkinkan operator untuk mengencangkan seluruh rakitan (rol dan spacer) dengan mur, secara independen dari dudukan dan bantalan. Ulir biasanya berlawanan, ulir atas adalah ulir kanan sedangkan ulir bawah adalah ulir kiri untuk menghindari pengencangan mur yang tidak disengaja selama pengoperasian.
