Mesin kimpalan automatik rasuk Rak Tegak terdiri daripada rak, 6 set mesin kimpalan NBC300 dan PLC jenama delta dan skrin sentuh, motor stepper, skru bola dan rel panduan linear. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mesin ini boleh mengimpal rasuk P dan Rasuk Kotak dengan lebar 50-220 mm dan ketinggian 40-70 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parameter Teknikal Utama<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
  1. Panjang Maksimum: 3.5 meter, dan boleh disesuaikan<\/li>
  2. Ia sesuai untuk jarak jahitan kimpalan dalam lingkungan 0.5-1.8mm, ketebalan bahan rasuk kimpalan ialah 0.8-5mm, dan diameter dawai kimpalan ialah 0.8-1.0mm. <\/li>
  3. Sistem penjejakan dan penyalinan digunakan pada tiga sisi rasuk, yang menjadikan satah profil yang tidak sekata dan paralelogram yang dihasilkan dapat menyalin dan menjejaki kimpalan. <\/li>
  4. Enam titik kimpalan berfungsi pada masa yang sama dikawal oleh PLC dan skrin sentuh pintar penuh output digital skrin sentuh.<\/li>
