Penghantaran adalah untuk menggerakkan profil yang dibentuk gulungan dari bekas gulungan selepas dipotong, yang digerakkan oleh motor. Jumlah panjang dan lebar boleh diubah suai. Hujung penghantaran dilengkapi dengan blok kedudukan dan sensor untuk memastikan susunan sejajar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rak Terbalik<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Dikawal oleh PLC untuk membalikkan saluran strut atau tidak secara berurutan, dipasang dengan blok merujuk kepada profil untuk memastikan proses pembalikkan stabil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Penumpuk<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Peranti penyusun adalah untuk menyusun profil pembentuk gulung mengikut program, yang merupakan bahagian utama keseluruhan mesin penyusun. Didorong oleh motor servo dengan kedudukan dan kelajuan yang lebih tinggi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kereta Pindah Keluar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Alihkan saluran topang yang disusun ke kawasan pakej. Yang dilengkapi dengan 2 gerabak untuk pengeluaran pantas, contohnya, alihkan gerabak pertama ke kawasan pakej, penumpuk akan memasang saluran topang ke gerabak kedua, setelah penyusunan gerabak kedua selesai, gerabak pertama akan kembali ke kawasan penyusunan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
