Pelanggan sangat berpuas hati dengan kualiti mesin.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Lembaran Beralun<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Apa itu Lembaran Beralun?<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Lembaran Beralun, juga dipanggil Besi Beralun, ialah bahan binaan yang terdiri daripada keluli tergalvani celup panas, keluli gulung sejuk yang dibentuk menjadi beralun.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Kedalaman dan Padang<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Lembaran Beralun diperkenalkan tentang Kedalaman dan Pitch. Kedalaman ialah ketinggian dari bahagian atas gelombang ke bahagian bawah. Dan Pitch ialah jarak antara dua gelombang. Ia sama dengan kepingan bumbung biasa bahawa kedalaman dan kedalaman beralun adalah seragam dan mudah diangkut. Kedalaman helaian yang manakah ialah 18mm. Manakala picit ialah 76mm. Ketebalan hanya 0.18mm. (rujuk sebelah kanan)<\/p>\n<p>Pada tahun 2017, Kami juga mengeksport Mesin Pembentuk Gulung Lembaran Beralun Mini Orb kepada pelanggan Malaysia yang lain. Yang mana kedalaman hanya 6mm manakala picit ialah 12mm.<\/p>\n<h1><\/h1>\n<h1><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Mesin Pembentuk Gulung Kepingan Beralun<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Ciri-ciri Mesin Pembentuk Gulung Lembaran Beralun<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Mesin ini istimewa kerana picit hanya 76mm dan seragam. Jadi mesin boleh membentuk bahan lebar yang berbeza tanpa sebarang pelarasan alat pembentuk gulungan. kecuali melaraskan peranti pemandu atau penggelek.<\/p>\n<p>Mesin untuk pelanggan Malaysia boleh membentuk maksimum dengan bahan adalah 1000mm untuk mendapatkan 838 helaian beralun lebar penutup.
