    EntryCoil kereta dan decoiler hidraulik<\/b><\/strong><\/h6>\n

    Kereta gegelung memuatkan gegelung ke dekoiler dan memunggah gegelung selepas celah daripada recoiler. Kereta gegelung Enrty menjadikan pemuatan dan pemunggahan gegelung mudah dan selamat. Silinder hidraulik untuk mengangkat kereta gegelung dan motor untuk kereta gegelung bergerak.<\/p>\n

    Decoiler hidraulik memastikan pengeluaran lancar dan pantas untuk keseluruhan garisan celah. Kami mempunyai dua jenis decoiler hidraulik. Satu ialah decoiler mandrel tunggal yang menembusi dalam gegelung. Satu lagi ialah decoiler beban dua kali, yang memegang kedua-dua belah gegelung.     Dalam garisan celah, biasanya terdapat dua lubang gelung. Satu berbaring di hadapan peranti slitting. Satu lagi terletak di hadapan stesen ketegangan. Dalam garisan slitting berkelajuan tinggi, lubang gelung adalah bahagian yang sangat penting. Dan simpan bahan untuk pengeluaran yang lancar untuk keseluruhan baris. Di pintu masuk dan keluar lubang, terdapat dua meja jambatan. Reka bentuk julur sebagai jambatan merentangi lubang untuk membantu dalam suapan dan berputar ke bawah ke dalam lubang semasa operasi slitting.<\/p>\n

    Biasanya terdapat 2 pasang atau 3 pasang penggelek pemandu sisi yang dilengkapi dalam peranti pemandu. Pemandu sisi penggelek memastikan bahawa bahan diletakkan dengan betul apabila ia memasuki celah. Dan penggelek panduan boleh dilaraskan mengikut ketebalan bahan yang berbeza.<\/p>\n

    Selepas membimbing, bahan melalui pelurusan kedua. Peranti pelurus ketepatan ini menjadikan bahan mencapai kerataan dan kelicinan yang hebat. Lebih didorong oleh motor servo untuk meningkatkan kelajuan keseluruhan talian dan ketepatan pemotongan.<\/p>\n

Stacker bekerjasama dengan kereta palet, kereta pallet bergerak ke atas sistem angkat untuk membawa plat selepas pemotongan. Apabila menyusun kepada kuantiti tertentu, kereta itu bergerak keluar untuk pembungkusan, 2 kereta berfungsi secara bergilir-gilir.<\/p>\n
