Keluli diproses lebih lanjut dalam kilang pengurangan sejuk, di mana bahan disejukkan (pada suhu bilik) diikuti dengan penyepuhlindapan dan\/atau tempers bergolek. Proses ini akan menghasilkan keluli dengan toleransi dimensi yang lebih rapat dan julat kemasan permukaan yang lebih luas.
