Freios a tambor tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o utilizados para evitar que o material se espalhe durante a frenagem devido \u00e0 in\u00e9rcia rotacional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A largura de desenrolamento \u00e9 ajustada pelo parafuso dos dois rolos guia, e o rolo de parada externo \u00e9 levantado pelo cilindro para evitar a descarga do material, facilitando o carregamento e descarregamento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O rolo endireitador \u00e9 feito de a\u00e7o de alta liga para rolamentos e submetido a uma s\u00e9rie de tratamentos t\u00e9rmicos (t\u00eampera + tratamento de alta frequ\u00eancia + camada de cromo duro), garantindo rigorosamente o a\u00e7o do rolo nivelador e o acabamento superficial do mesmo, para assegurar que o processo de nivelamento, entre as propriedades da superf\u00edcie do material nivelado, a dureza superficial do rolo nivelador chegue a HRC60, garantindo alta precis\u00e3o e resist\u00eancia ao desgaste.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A entrada da endireitadeira adota uma estrutura de prensagem com 2 rolos. O motor aciona os rolos de press\u00e3o superior e inferior por meio de um redutor, alimentando a cabe\u00e7a de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o com o material na m\u00e1quina de endireitar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Um sistema de quatro engrenagens helicoidais \u00e9 utilizado para ajustar e acionar o cursor superior, permitindo o ajuste da press\u00e3o aplicada.
