A esteira transportadora serve para movimentar os perfis conformados a frio ap\u00f3s o corte, sendo acionada por um motor. O comprimento e a largura totais podem ser personalizados. A extremidade da esteira \u00e9 equipada com um bloco de posicionamento e um sensor para garantir o alinhamento do empilhamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Suporte de invers\u00e3o<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Controlado por CLP para inverter ou n\u00e3o o perfil de suporte sequencialmente, montado com blocos que se ajustam ao perfil para garantir a estabilidade do processo de invers\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Empilhador<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

O dispositivo de empilhamento serve para empilhar os perfis conformados a frio conforme o programa, sendo a parte principal de toda a m\u00e1quina de empilhamento. Acionado por servomotor, oferece alta precis\u00e3o de posicionamento e velocidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desloque os perfis estruturais empilhados para a \u00e1rea de embalagem, que est\u00e1 equipada com 2 vag\u00f5es para produ\u00e7\u00e3o r\u00e1pida. Por exemplo, mova o primeiro vag\u00e3o para a \u00e1rea de embalagem, o empilhador empilhar\u00e1 os perfis estruturais no segundo vag\u00e3o e, assim que o empilhamento do segundo vag\u00e3o for conclu\u00eddo, o primeiro vag\u00e3o retornar\u00e1 \u00e0 \u00e1rea de empilhamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
