High Speed Corrugated Roof Sheet Roll Forming Machine is for producing corrugated sheets as per desired drawings. As per standard design, the production line operates at a speed of 15 to 20 meters per minute. For customers requiring higher productivity, we have enhanced the machine design to achieve an operational speed of up to 45 meters per minute. To support this increased speed, the power capacity of the decoiler and roll forming unit has been upgraded. Additionally, the transmission system has been improved from chain-driven to gearbox-driven for greater stability and reliability. The cutting mechanism has also been upgraded from a stop-cutting type to a servo-tracking cutting system to ensure precision and efficiency at high speeds.

4. Conveying Table and Autostacker
The collection table has been upgraded to a conveying table integrated with an automatic stacking system, enabling seamless coordination with a high-speed production line.
