Auto Stacker is for stacking c profile, u profiles, struct channels, etc roll formed profiles automatically.

Auto Stacker Components

Believe Industry Company have developed a new design auto stacker for roll formed profile industry, which consist of conveyer, overturn rack, stacker, move-out car and HMI controller.

Conveyer

Convey is for move the roll formed profiles from the roll former after cutting, which driven by motor. The total length and width can be cutomized. The end of the convey equipped with position block and sensor to make sure the stacking be aligned.

Overturn Rack

Controlled by PLC to overturn the strut channel or not sequentially, mounted with blocks refer to the profile to make sure the overturn process be stable.

Stacker

The stacker device is for stacking the roll former profiles as per program, which is the main part of the whole stacker machine. Driven by servo motorm higher precision position and speed.

Move-out Car

Move-out the stacked strut channels to package area. which is equipped with 2 cars for quick production, for example, move first car to the package area, the stacker will stake strut channel to the second car, once the second car stacking finished, the first car will be back to stacking area.

HIM Controller

Adopting PLC system, Touch Screen operation, Select on the touch screen when changing production specifications. Adjust the shape of the pile at will on the touch evaluation, speed regulation.
