Uncoiler Straigthener Feeder Structure Characteristic

• Uncoiler support plate adopting 4x design, the plate arc is consistent with the inner diameter of the material. and surface chromed, will not damage the material. Uncoiler extension adopting hydraulic cyliner. Drum brakers is also adopted to provent material sperad out while brake due to rotational inertia.
• Uncoiling width is adjusted by the screw of the two guide rollers, and the outer stop roller is raised by the cylinder to avoid the discharge material, easy for the material loading and unloading.
• The Straightener roller is made of high alloy bearing steel and subjected to a series of heat treatments (tempering + high frequency treatment +Hard chrome layer), strictly ensure the steel of the leveling roll and the surface finish of the leveling roll, to ensure the leveling process Among the surface properties of the levelled material, the surface hardness of the levelling roller is as high as HRC60, ensuring high precision and wear resistance.
• Straightener feeding mouth adopting 2 rollers pressing structure, The motor drive the upper and lower pinch roll by through reducer, and feed the material head into the straightener machine.
• Adopting four-worm gear is used to adjust and drive the upper slider to lift up and down, so as to adjust the amount of pressing section. An adjustment dial is attached to the adjustment handwheel to accurately display the adjustment amount.
• The fuselage lifting adopts the four-worm electric drive mode, which can easily adjust the height of the feeding line
