We are founded in 2012, we almost have 10 years production experience, our boss and assembling engineers have been working over 20 years in this industry. In 2015, we have also registered an office in Shanghai city, which is main for exporting roll forming machines and related products. Till now we have exported and installed machines to more than 40 countries. In 2019, we and American company, Gamechange solar built a new factory for solar profiles in China, and the product will be exported to the whole world every week.
We use Germany application Copra to make our design and 3D simulation function to ensure the profile. Besides, with 20 years’ experience of designing, our designing engineer can deal with almost all profiles and the solve the issue appeared by chance. our factory has its own production line, from punching molds to forming rollers, each mechanical part is completed independently by our factory self. We strictly control the accuracy at each step from design, processing, assembling to quality control, we refuse to cut corners.
Now, we are confident to give 3 years for whole production line 5 years for rollers and shafts as warranty period. If there will be any quality problems caused by non-human factors, we will handle it totally for free for you, so that you will have no worries after sales.
