Whole Automatically Seamed Box Beam Roll Forming Machine

Believe Industry Company have designed and developed Whole Automatically Seamed Box Beam Roll Forming Machine to increase the production speed and save labor cost.

The seamed box beam roll forming machine is able to produce the stard box beams from 80-180 mm, thickness from 1.0-2.0 mm( 14- 20 gauge).

The main parts of the automatically seamed box beam machine is the convey and overturn rack. Which is able to transfer the first piece of c shape beams in the right position, and overturn the second piece c beam to cover on first one, then send to the seaming machine.

Besides of convey and over turn rack, the seamed box beam machine also consist of uncoiler, roll former, cutter, seaming machine, controller and hydraulic station.
