Our Services Before and After Order Placement

1. You will provide us with detailed specifications of the products intended for manufacturing.
2. Our engineering team will review your requirements and technical details, and subsequently submit a quotation along with recommended machine configurations for your consideration.
3. Upon your approval of the quotation, we will issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) for the down payment.
4. Within two weeks of receiving the down payment, we will deliver the machine foundation layout and roller design drawings.
5. Throughout the manufacturing process, we will provide periodic progress updates, including photographs documenting the production stages.
6. We kindly request that you send the test materials in advance, as all machines are rigorously tested to meet customer-specific performance requirements.
7. Upon completion of testing, we will provide a video demonstration of the machine in operation, and you are welcome to arrange an on-site inspection at our facility.
8. The machine will be shipped upon receipt of the final balance payment.
9. After the machine arrives at your site, we will provide the operation manual and any additional documentation necessary to support installation and commissioning.
10. For simpler machines, customers typically complete installation and commissioning independently with remote support through instructional videos. For more complex systems, we offer on-site assistance from our technical engineers to ensure proper installation and commissioning.
11. We offer lifelong technical support for all equipment.
