Upright Rack Beam Automatic Welding Machine

Upright Rack beam automatic welding machine is composed of rack, 6 sets pf NBC300 welding machines and delta brand PLC and touch screen, stepper motor, ball screw and linear guide rail.

The machine can weld P beams and Box Beams with the width from 50-220 mm and height 40-70 mm.

Main Technical Parameters

1. Max Length: 3.5 meter, and can be customized
2. It is suitable for welding seam clearance within 0.5-1.8mm, welding beam material thickness is 0.8-5mm, and welding wire diameter is 0.8-1.0mm.
3. The tracing and copying system is adopted on three sides of the beam, which makes the uneven profile plane and the produced parallelogram be able to copy and trace the welding
4. Six welding-point work at the same time controlled by PLC and touch screen full intelligent touch screen digital output.
5. Equipped with cooling circulation system.
6. Each welding gun Angle can be micro adjusted ,
7. Welding speed up to 15mm per second.
