A traditional c or z purlin roll forming machine only can produce various sizes of c or z purlins. The web size 80-350mm, flange size 50-100mm and the lip size is 10-20mm. The machine needs manual adjust the spacers and replace the cutter blade. And the change over time is at least 2 hours for an experienced engineer.
